OBS

A method of estimating accrued depreciation which recognizes the possibility of curing certain items of accrued depreciation. The cost to cure all curable items, both physical and functional, is estimated, and this sum is deducted from reproduction cost new of the improvements. A percentage lump-sum deduction covering all curable items is then derived by applying to the remaining reproduction cost new of the improvements the percentage resulting from dividing total economic life into economic age.

OBS
